Prior to joining Barr in 2025, Thalia served as the Program Assistant for the Strategic Litigation and Environmental Justice teams at the Conservation Law Foundation. She holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College in International Relations. In her free time, Thalia loves to cook, watch tv shows, and work out!
