In the role of administrative assistant, Kadeajah supports the Vice President for Administration, Lynn Harwell, and the Operations team. Before joining Barr in 2024, Kadeajah spent three years as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Harvard University, and before that, was the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Thrive Scholars. She is a graduate of Boston College, where she majored in Applied Psychology and Human Development with a minor in Sociology.
