In 2012, Barr is launching a new grantmaking program aimed at supporting the artistic quality and long-term strength of a cohort of organizations that support young people in achieving mastery in an art form. Organizations responding to this open request for concept papers will be considered for participation in this cohort, which will receive support from Barr over a period of three years, renewable for an additional two years.
