At Barr, grantmaking begins with strategy development. Typically a year-long process, this starts with work to clarify our goals. It ends with a set of strategic narratives, logic models and theories of change that we use to guide all of our efforts. Through 2009, a strategy review led to a decision for Barr to focus our environmental portfolio on efforts to address Climate Change. With the input of many, drafts of new narratives, logic models, and a theory of change are now complete and posted here.
As always, we welcome new ideas for improving our strategies and advancing our goals. If you wish to share your insights, experience, and creative ideas, we invite you to e-mail us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
