Elena Letona is the Executive Director of Centro Presente, a 12 staff community-based nonprofit organization that helps Central and Latin American immigrants develop the ability to determine their individual and collective futures locally and nationally. Elena is responsible for leading a change process that seeks to transform Centro Presente into a member-driven organization. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts - Boston in public policy. She taught Master's level courses on program planning and evaluation at Springfield College in Boston, MA.
