Patricia Gray, Executive Director of The Food Project, has worked with The Food Project since its founding in 1991. She has partnered with Food Project staff, youth, and volunteers to develop this grassroots startup organization into a national leader in engaging youth in food systems work. Mrs. Gray brings an extensive background in teaching and community organizing to her work in organizational management, fundraising, and strategic planning. In 2003 she was recognized with a Community Food Security Coalition Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership in building community food security and sustainable local food systems.
