Mr. Martinez is the Executive Director of the Hyde Square Task Force, which develops effective and innovative neighborhood based educational programs and community organizing initiatives for urban youth and families. Mr. Martinez has led the organization through a rapid period of growth and a ten-fold increase in annual budget. The HSTF staff and programs have received several awards including the “Innovations in Education” Boston City Excellence Award. In May of 2001 Claudio was recognized as one of Boston's Ten Outstanding Young Leaders.
