(Former) Executive Director, Centro Presente

Elena Letona is the former Executive Director of Centro Presente, an immigrant rights organization dedicated to achieving the self-determination of the Central and Latin American immigrant community of Massachusetts. During her tenure, Elena led a change process that successfully transformed Centro Presente into a member-driven, organizing organization. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts - Boston in public policy. She taught Master's level courses on program planning and evaluation at Springfield College in Boston, MA. Currently, Elena is an organizational development consultant, facilitator and trainer.
