    .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) is Senior Program Officer at the Barr Foundation, where she manages grant making and other initiatives that increase energy efficiency in buildings and the power sector in Massachusetts, with an emphasis on sector-specific approaches (such as health care and commercial real estate), helping municipalities implement energy efficiency initiatives, as well as state policy development. Prior to joining Barr, Mariella was Deputy Director of the Robert Wood Johnson Community Health Leadership Program from 1997 to 2001.   From 1994 - 1997, Mariella was founding director of the Boston Lead Action Collaborative, a public-private partnership created to address the high rates of childhood lead poisoning in Boston.  Mariella received her BA in Political Science from Brandon University (Manitoba, Canada) and her MA in Political Science from Ohio University.
